Great Article on Social Media

I have said this many times but it deserves another mention. Social media is just another communication channel. I read a great article in Ad Age online that really sums up this point. Social Media just takes time and commitment on your part to be effective. If you don’t have the time…hire someone! You will find that in the long run, having a two way conversation with you customers will be a much more cost effective form of advertising than you have ever tried in your life.
